Questions suppliers ask
How do I start selling on DEPORI?
Create a supplier account, add your company details and documents (trade licence, proof of location, logo, seal and authorised signatory), and sign the partnership agreement online. DEPORI usually reviews it within 2 to 4 working days; once approved you publish products and receive quote requests.
What does it cost suppliers?
Pro and Enterprise: a subscription and 0% commission on your sales. Free plan: no subscription and a 4% commission on each paid order. The payment gateway's own fee is deducted from payouts at cost.
When are suppliers paid?
Every Monday and Thursday, for orders delivered at least 48 hours earlier with no open dispute, to the approved bank account in the company's name. Each payout comes with a PDF settlement statement.
What can't be sold on DEPORI?
DEPORI lists commercial goods that need no special licence. Food and drinks, medicines, cosmetics, chemicals (including cleaning agents), telecom equipment needing approval, and anything prohibited or restricted by law are not accepted.
Can my team help manage the account?
Yes. The account owner can invite team members with their own sign-in and a role (for example catalog, quotes or fulfilment). The number of members depends on the plan.
What happens when I edit my company or a product?
A product you edit goes back to DEPORI's review before the new version is shown. Changing company details or the bank account puts the account under review until DEPORI approves the change, so buyers always see checked information.
Can I object to a DEPORI decision?
Yes. Within 14 days of a decision (for example a rejected product, a suspension or a dispute outcome) the company Owner can file an objection from Objections in the workspace. DEPORI answers it in writing and you are notified.
What are DEPORI offers?
Campaigns DEPORI runs on the marketplace. DEPORI sets the dates and a minimum discount; you choose which products join and a discount at least that minimum. After DEPORI approves, the sale price is applied automatically for the offer period and the products get extra visibility.
How do I close my supplier account?
Only the company Owner can ask: send a closure request with the reason from the account settings. DEPORI reviews it and answers with its reasons; you are notified of the answer. Team members cannot close the company.
